Where We Deliver
Across India, to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you within one working day of your order and offer an alternative arrangement or a full refund.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination. Metro and state capital destinations are usually at the shorter end; remote pin codes may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹79. Heavy and oversized items, including 1-acre drip systems, carry freight charges shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email and SMS when your order is dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the order returns to us and we refund the order value after deducting actual freight charges incurred both ways.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect the package at delivery. If it arrives damaged, tampered with or the contents are incorrect, contact us at {{EMAIL}} within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and its contents. We arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
