By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
2. Products and Descriptions
We describe products, specifications and images as accurately as we can. Minor variation in colour, finish or packaging may occur between production batches. Where a specification error is discovered after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer either a corrected order or a full refund.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed in your order confirmation is the price that applies to that order.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Any amount already paid on a declined order is refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner over a secure connection. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or net banking credentials. Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather or conditions outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, layout and images we own or licence, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of crop, yield or profit.
11. Product Use
Agricultural equipment must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety precautions. We are not responsible for injury or damage arising from improper use, unauthorised modification or use for a purpose the product is not intended for.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
